Lakeview, Lake County, Oregon, USA

While a number of families can claim deep, long-standing roots in Lakeview, the Robnett family can say its forebears were among the first white owners of the soil in which these roots grew.

Darvin Robnett, Corda Robnett Perry, Leona Robnett Joplin, and Richard Robnet were named as Lakeview's "Centennial Family" on the strength of Joseph Robnett's contribution to the town's history at the time of its founding over one hundred years ago.

Lake County Examiner (Lakeview, Oregon), Centennial Edition, June 29, 1989.
